Dalle De Verre
Dalle de verre, also referred to as faceted glass, is a medium that derives its beauty from a richness of color and light refraction. With an average thickness of nearly an inch, it has eight more times the depth of other glass mediums, and offers an almost primitive elegance to its hand hewn style. Epoxy resin and sand provide the matrix for this stunning ancient art form. Other than occasional cleaning it is nearly maintenance free and virtually impervious to weather and vandalism.
