TORCH BEAD MAKING

After many years of working with glass for a living, I discovered lampwork bead making. The vivid colors, textures, and varying degrees of translucency all explored in a 2000 degree F. flame never ceases to amaze.

Frits, gold and silver leaf, shards, and enamels applied to soda-lime glass rods provide an endless source of opportunity and inspiration.
